7 Weeks for $210 (if purchasing series) or $40 per day

This series is an exploration of meditation and how it can change your body, mind, brain, and life. A paradigm is given that integrates the latest neuroscience with ancient wisdom and practice. Each week, we will explore a different topic and practices. We will take a perspective that is spiritual, but not dogmatic, inviting each individual to investigate what ideas feel right to them. Participants will also be encouraged to practice daily or as often as they are able during the time of this workshop and will be supported in their individual goals. 

The intention of this series is to give participants a solid foundation so that they will feel comfortable exploring meditation in different settings and in a personal practice. Tea and snacks will be served and there will be time to connect with community and with yourself.
