6:40pm Gentle Hatha Yoga- Level 1-2 – with Laura Fuller (day change and Laura is back!)
8:00pm Hatha Yoga Flow – Level 2-3 – with Laura Fuller (day change and Laura is back!)
Tuesdays:
7:00pm Pilates Mat with Props – Mixed Level -with Danielle Licht (new class – begins June 25th)
Wednesdays:
6:30pm Cardio Reformer Flow – Level 3 – with Beth Rogers (new class and new teacher)
Thursdays:
2:30pm Postnatal Reformer – with Alyson Boell-Marchand
