In times when it seems like many forces are compelling you to get more done, it is a radical move to just be. Even self-work and healing can go too far in the direction of doing and fixing, and carry the implication that the way things are right now is not ok. Mindfulness will be presented as a primary aspect of meditation that can improve your health, enjoyment and support you in formal practices. Experiences in mindfulness will be given along with understandings from Buddhism, Hatha Yoga, natural spirituality and neuroscience. All levels of experience are welcome. Come connect to yourself and community. Tea & snacks will be served.
