Originally from Australia, Dawn is a dedicated enthusiast of Pilates, Yoga and Dance and has a unique understanding and curiosity for movement. Her teaching style is as challenging as it is creative, focusing on technique, rehabilitation, and overall healthy biomechanics .
As a dancer she has used pilates to stay strong and free from injury for over 10 years. She has performed in over 20 different countries around the world, has appeared in film clips, magazine editorials and has also played an integral part in the implementation health and fitness programs into public school systems throughout Australia.
Dawn believes that Pilates is essential for body longevity. “Introducing Pilates to your body is life changing; your posture improves, your tone increases, your faulty movement patterns become apparent and gradually you begin to discover what it means to move intrinsically.
