STOTT PILATES® certified with a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and movement theory, Lauren creates innovative and contemporary classes. A firm believer in the importance of mind-body connection and the holistic benefits of this work, Lauren infuses her teaching with enthusiasm, humor and a personal connection that communicates her faith in the importance and joy of healthy movement. She believes that Pilates and Yoga are transformative and empowering, lending clients a deep sense of agency in their own physical and personal experience. While she continues to enjoy working with all types of clients, Lauren has developed a special interest in working with prenatal and postpartum women. She has completed prenatal and postpartum pilates training, the Yoga Alliance 100 hour Prenatal Yoga certification, and is currently pursuing certification as a doula and childbirth educator.
