Saturday March 21st  7:00 to 9:30pm

Come be together at the first quarter of the year for some Spring cleaning of the mind, body, and heart. There will be an introduction, and then a time of silent practice. Participants are invited to join in a yoga mala (108 sun salutations) or sit or lay in meditation. Bring a dish for a potluck afterwards and spend time together. This will be a lovely evening of candle light, release, good wishes, good music, and good people. Please join us!
