Pelvic stability requires that the spine and pelvis be in optimal alignment during daily activities as well as during your yoga practice. The sacrum is the keystone of the arch of the pelvis, and sits between the two ilium bones. Without a stable convergence at this junction, it is impossible to have pain-free upright posture. Learn preventative strategies as well as a vast array of dynamic and static exercises that will keep your SI joint stable and strong. Whether you have sacroiliac dysfunction, or just want to keep the low back area safe during your yoga and Pilates practice, this workshop is for you.

P.S. Soothing self-massage and blissful breathing techniques are included!
