MOVEMENT FOR LONGEVITY
4 WEEK WORKSHOP w/ NICK VOROSHINE
WEDNESDAYS OCTOBER 9, 16, 23, 30 – 5PM
This 4 week experiential workshop will be an exploration of movement and ways to get more of it into your life. You will learn techniques that you can continue to use for the rest of your life, creating long lasting health and vitality. We’ll begin by exploring various primal movement patterns, inspired by the martial arts to create more energy, bodily awareness and control.
Week by week, classes will build upon each other, introducing breath and mobility techniques with the goal of creating greater range of motion in the hips, improved joint health and a more effective and functional breathing pattern.
This workshop is suitable for people of all ages and skill levels with no prior experience necessary. Come with an open mind and a willingness to play and you will leave with a set of skills that can be used to build out your own personal daily practice.
