Jenny Dinoia began her love of movement while dancing Graham at U.C. Berkeley in 1998. She holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in Dramatic Arts. Her journey of study and teaching movement has not stopped since her first modern dance class at Cal. Jennifer is the Artistic Director at Angie Pearl Productions where she choreographs and produces pieces that blend theatre, contemporary dance and object manipulation.
Jennifer began studying yoga seriously in 2005 and has taught NAAM, Restorative, meditation, Kundalini among other styles. In addition, she teaches Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis formerly known as Yoga for dancers. She is blessed to have studied with many Master teachers including Dr. Levry, Marni Wood, Mantak Chia, Javier Dzul, Juliu Horvath among others. Jennifer specializes in helping women to be at home in their bodies and follow their hearts’ desires.
She is a Harmonyum Practitioner which is bodywork developed by Dr. Levry that infuses the body with the unconditional love that stems from the energy of the Universal SUN. Harmonyum activates the innate self-healing capacity of the client through deep relaxation and awareness at the physical, emotional and spiritual realms.
Jennifer is also an emotional freedom coach that allows you to remove negative thought patterns with positive thoughts that will empower you to live a life with more ease, confidence and clear direction.
She helps clients privately and in workshops awaken their blocked path, heal from an unbalanced life and become the Wild Women that is your innate nature.
Women Who Run with the Wolves by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes is one of her inspirations for helping women. Her aspirations as an artist and creative movement expert come from the great choreographer Pina Bausch: “It’s not how you move, but what moves you.”
